Jerome Rapin a graduate from Cardiff School of Art & Design in Fine Art had brought together a series of work entitled "Stark". 

This collection of pen and ink drawings of the female nude is influenced by personal circumstances and his mother's second battle with cancer. 

Jerome captures the essence of beauty and vulnerability as well as the internal strength of woman within the lines of his pen, which often are quick and almost appear erratic. His monochromatic use of tone is often reversed were light is dark and dark is light.

Proceeds from the tickets to the private view of this exhibition will go towards supporting a cancer charity which is still to be confirmed.

The private view will be held on Wednesday 5th November 2008, tickets are priced at £10 and refreshments and canapés are included in the price.
